Investment consultants have primary responsibility for all aspects of a client relationship. Consultants work with clients in a variety of areas, including setting investment strategies, recommending investment managers, and monitoring fund performance and strategy. The Investment Analyst works directly with the Real Estate Team as well as with the firm’s consultants and other investment professionals to provide investment consulting services to its clients. The Investment Analyst is a member of the Private Markets Real Estate Team. This team is responsible for the development and management of Meketa’s institutional clients’ real estate portfolios, which invest globally through limited partnerships, co-investments with general partners, and secondary investments. The Research Analyst is a member of the Public Markets Manager Research Team, the group within Meketa that performs due diligence on equity, fixed income, and hedge fund managers. The primary responsibility of the analyst is to research and analyze either international equity or fixed income investment managers. The Private Markets Investment Associate works directly with consultants and other private markets investment professionals to provide investment consulting and investment management services. The Private Markets Investment Associate will participate in a range of investment activities, including: assisting with creating presentations of our research and recommendations to private market and general consulting clients, supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, and assisting with private markets investment research and manager due diligence. The Performance Analyst must be confident in working with MIG’s more complex client relationships. In addition, the Performance Analyst must be an expert at all Data Group processes and procedures and may take on a leadership role in the group. Responsibilities include training Data Analysts and coordinating work flow. The Performance Analyst will also work with other MIG departments to ensure proper work flow, recommend and initiate work flow improvements, and increase inter-department communication. The Investment Analyst works directly with the Private Equity Team as well as with the firm’s consultants and other investment professionals to provide investment consulting services to its clients. The Private Markets Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting with the reporting process for assigned clients, assisting with the presentation of our research and recommendations to clients; assisting with the firm’s marketing effort, meeting with and evaluating the capabilities of private market managers, and assisting with special research on private market strategies and opportunities. The primary focus of the position will be on private equity strategies such as buyout, venture capital, special situations, and secondary fund of funds; however, the position could also include some work in the areas of private debt, infrastructure, natural resources, and real estate. The Marketing Coordinator will work on request for proposals, assist with other presentations, marketing projects, and ad-hoc marketing requests. This person will work with investment professionals within various departments of the firm. The Helpdesk Support Analyst provides technical support to employees at multiple sites via telephone, in person and remote screen sharing. The Helpdesk Support Analyst troubleshoots hardware and software application issues, installs and upgrades software, and repairs computer equipment. This individual should be organized and reliable with the ability to multi-task and prioritize issues while possessing a highly professional demeanor.
