The Human Resources Generalist assists with the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of organizational programs, policies, and procedures. The Front Office Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing back-up receptionist assistance ensuring proper front office coverage at all times. In addition, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for mail and fax distribution, posting and distributing the company calendar, arranging conference and video calls, and reviewing and monitoring the company calendar. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for the preparation of facilities for in-house meetings, including provision of refreshments when necessary, and the set-up and clean-up of the conference rooms. The Investment Analyst works directly with Consultants to provide investment advisory services to client investment pools (e.g., pension funds). The Investment Analyst is responsible for managing the client investment fund reporting process, establishing and maintaining knowledge of a broad range of investments and managers, and contributing to investment and economic research. The Investment Analyst is directly involved in all aspects of the investment consulting process and will have direct interaction with the clients. The Investment Analyst is expected to have a high level of general investment knowledge and, ideally (but not necessarily), be familiar with the investment consulting and investment management industries. The Real Estate Investment Analyst works directly with the Real Estate Team as well as with the firm’s consultants
and other investment professionals to provide investment consulting services to its clients. This position is a member of the Private Markets Real Estate Team. This team is responsible for
the development and management of Meketa’s institutional clients’ real estate portfolios, which invest
globally through limited partnerships, co-investments with general partners, and secondary

The Research Analyst is a member of the Public Markets Manager Research Team, the group within Meketa that performs due diligence on equity, fixed income, and hedge fund managers. The primary responsibility of the analyst is to research and analyze fixed income investment managers. The individual will work with the firm’s consultants and other investment professionals and provide investment recommendations to the firm’s clients. The position is for our Carlsbad office. The Performance Analyst must be capable of working with MIG’s more complex client relationships. the investment staff, including word-processing, report production, and organizing and
